The table below shows the provisional figures of the assets and liabilities included in the consoli-
dated financial statements.

within capital consolidation; excluding the provisionally determined goodwill at the level of Porsche SE.
Other current assets and current liabilities contain discontinued operations with a carrying amount
of €1,007 million and €766 million respectively as of the acquisition date. All effects from the
purchase price allocation in other current assets and liabilities relate to discontinued operations.
The provisionally determined goodwill of €10.4 billion comprises intangible assets that are not
separable such as employee know-how and synergy effects. Of this provisionally determined
goodwill, an amount of €9.9 billion was allocated to the Volkswagen subgroup.
