CORPORATE GOVERNANCE REPORT
All directors are required to provide the Company with their training records on annually basis and such
records are maintained by the Company Secretary for regular review by the Nomination and Governance
Committee. The Nomination and Governance Committee will, on a continuing basis, evaluate and
determine the training and development needs of the directors, particularly on relevant new laws and
regulations and essential practices for effective corporate governance, to enable the directors to sustain
their active participation in Board deliberations and effectively discharge their duties.
In addition to directors’ attendance at meetings and review of relevant materials provided by senior
