Experts Briefing and Seminar
The Company has arranged in-house seminars for directors to keep them abreast of the affairs relating to
the Company. The directors are also encouraged to attend relevant external professional programs at the
Company’s expense to keep abreast of issues facing the changing business environment within which the
Group operates.
The Company arranged experts briefing and seminar for directors on the topics of “Risk Management and
Internal Control” and “Mobile Industry Update”.
Regulatory Updates
The directors are updated on a continuing basis by the Company Secretary on any new regulations
and guidelines, as well as any amendments thereto issued by the Stock Exchange and other regulatory
authorities, particularly the effects of such new or amended regulations and guidelines on directors
specifically, and the Company and the Group.
In addition, director’s induction handbook which contains organization structure, Board policies, corporate
rules and policies, and other legal reference information will be updated regularly and made available on
internal electronic platform of the Company for directors review.
The Board considers the aforementioned training attended and/or participated in by the directors, and
the continuing legal updates provided to the directors, as adequate to enhance the directors’ skills and
knowledge to carry out their duties as directors.
