All prepaid land lease payments represent payments for leasehold
land in Mainland China held under medium term leases.
As at 31 December 2010, certain parcels of the Group’s leasehold
land with an aggregate unamortised prepaid land lease payment
amount of approximately RMB66,916,000 (2009: RMB19,638,000
(as restated); 1 January 2009: RMB20,443,000 (as restated)) did
not have land use right certificates registered under the names
of the respective subsidiaries of the Company, all of which were
indemnified by Haier Corp as at 31 December 2010. Details of the
undertakings granted by Haier Corp to the Company in relation to
such title issue are set out in note 15 to the financial statements.
17. 預付土地租賃款
本集團
所有預付土地租賃款指位於中國大陸且均按中
期租約持有之租賃土地款項。
於二零一零年十二月三十一日，本集團未攤銷
預付土地租賃款總額約為人民幣66,916,000元
（二零零九年：人民幣19,638,000元（經重列）；
二零零九年一月一日：人民幣20,443,000元（經
重列））之若干幅租賃土地並無以本公司各相關
附屬公司之名義登記之土地使用權證，海爾集
團公司已於二零一零年十二月三十一日就此作
出全數彌償。海爾集團公司向本公司就有關所
有權之發出而向本公司作出承諾之詳情載於財
務報表附註15。
