* Mr. Cui Shao Hua resigned as an executive director of
the Company on 19 April 2010.
** Mr. Cao Chun Hua resigned as an executive director of
the Company on 12 November 2009.
There was no arrangement under which a director waived or
agreed to waive any remuneration during the year.
9. FIVE HIGHEST PAID EMPLOYEES
The five highest paid employees during the year included four
(2009: three) directors, details of whose remuneration are set out
in note 8 above. Details of the remuneration of the remaining one
(2009: two) non-director, highest paid employee for the year are
