We believe that we have the trademarks, trade names and intellectual property licenses that are necessary
for the operation of our business.
Employees
As of December 31, 2010, we had approximately 14,800 employees. Approximately 9,500 of our
employees are affiliated with a union. The number of union employees covered by collective bargaining
agreements expiring during 2011 is approximately 2,300. We consider our relations with our employees to be
good.
