•Restructuringandother.Becauseofthevariabilityinrestructuringandother,theadjustmentforthisitemishelpfultoinvestorstoanalyzeourrecurring
coreperformanceintheperiodsshown.
• Otherexpenses.Otherexpensesincludeaircraftmaintenanceandstaffingservicesweprovidetothirdparties,ourvacationwholesaleoperationsand
refinerycostofsalestothirdparties.Becausethesebusinessesarenotrelatedtothegenerationofaseatmile,weadjustforthecostsrelatedtothesesalesto
provideamoremeaningfulcomparisonofthecostsofourairlineoperationstotherestoftheairlineindustry.
