Jon M. Huntsman Jr., 54
Director since 2014. He is Chairman of the Board
of Directors of the Huntsman Cancer Foundation, a
nonprofit organization that financially supports research,
education and patient care initiatives at the Huntsman
Cancer Institute at the University of Utah. In 2011 he
was a candidate for the Republican nomination for
President of the United States. Previously he served as
U.S. Ambassador to China and was Governor of Utah for
two consecutive terms. He is a Director of Caterpillar Inc.,

Director since 2012. He is Chairman of the Board and
Chief Executive Officer of Norfolk Southern Corporation,
a freight transportation company. Previously he served

George L. Kirkland, 63
Vice Chairman of the Board since 2010 and Executive
Vice President, Upstream, since 2005. In addition to
Board responsibilities, he is responsible for global
exploration and production activities for crude oil and
natural gas and its technology and enterprise support
functions. Previously Corporate Vice President and
President, Chevron Overseas Petroleum Inc., and
President, Chevron U.S.A. Production Company.

Director since 2008. He is Chairman, Chief Executive
Ofcer and President of Inter-Con Security Systems, Inc.,
a global provider of physical and facility security support
services to local, state, federal and foreign governments,
utilities, and major corporations. He is a Director of
McDonald’s Corporation; Nordstrom, Inc.; and Wells

Director since 2007. He is a Senior Lecturer of Business
Administration at the Harvard Business School and is
