(2) Represents the closing price of the Common Stock awarded on the grant date of February 3, 2010,
of $14.78 per share, multiplied by the 3,451 shares granted to each non-employee director. That
amount is the aggregate grant date fair market value of awards as computed under ASC Topic 718.
All such shares of Common Stock are fully vested.
(3) As of December 31, 2010, each of the following non-employee directors of the Company held
unexercised options to purchase the following number of shares of Company Common Stock:
