Burton M. Tansky
Director and President and Chief Executive Officer since October 6, 2005.
Mr. Tansky also has served as a director and President and Chief Executive
Officer of The Neiman Marcus Group, Inc. since May 2001 and as President
and Chief Operating Officer from December 1998 until May 2001.
Mr. Tansky formerly served on the board of directors of International
Flavors and Fragrances Inc.

Marcus Direct from May 2000 to December 2002. Ms. Katz formerly served
on the board of directors of Pier 1 Imports, Inc.

Elected Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer and appointed
a member of the Office of the Chairman in October 2007. From
October 2005 to October 2007, Mr. Skinner served as Senior Vice President
and Chief Financial Officer. From October 2001 to October 2005, he served
as Senior Vice President and Chief Financial Officer of The Neiman Marcus
Group, Inc. Mr. Skinner serves on the board of directors of Fossil, Inc.

President and Chief Executive Officer of Bergdorf Goodman since
May 2004. Mr. Gold served as Senior Vice President, General Merchandise
Manager of Neiman Marcus Stores from December 2002 to May 2004, and
as Division Merchandise Manager from June 2000 to December 2002.

April 2009. He served as Executive Vice President, Merchandising, Neiman
Marcus Direct from April 2008 to April 2009 and as Senior Vice President,
