IMMIGRATION
Associates in a supervisory position are required to ensure that they and any associates who work for them comply with all applicable
immigration laws. Associates who travel internationally on business are responsible for obtaining appropriate work authorization as
necessary.
AMERICANS WITH DISABILITIES ACT
The Americans with Disabilities Act ("ADA") is intended to protect qualified individuals with disabilities against discrimination in
employment and the provision of services to the public. The Company is committed to compliance with the ADA and all associates
are strictly prohibited from discriminating against qualified applicants or associates with actual or perceived disabilities, or customers
with actual or perceived disabilities. All requests for accommodation should be made in writing and directed to the Human Resources
Department.
DISCRIMINATION AND HARASSMENT
NMG has adopted a corporate policy that all associates must treat each other, and are entitled to expect to be treated, with dignity.
Any form of discrimination or harassment, specifically including discrimination or harassment based on any category protected by law
will not be tolerated. Consistent with this policy, associates are expected to extend tolerance and respect for one another's cultures,
lifestyles, and uniqueness. An associate who believes they have been subjected to or who becomes aware of a situation involving
discrimination or harassment should immediately proceed to Step 1 of NMG RESOLUTIONS,TM as outlined below. The Company
will not permit retaliation of any kind against any associate who makes a good-faith complaint of discrimination or harassment or who
assists in an investigation of a complaint. On the other hand, the Company will not tolerate false accusations of discrimination or
harassment made either maliciously or recklessly. In such cases, the accuser will be subject to disciplinary action commensurate with
the factual circumstances and seriousness of the matter.
COMMUNICATION
Communication is an important part of our success. This is particularly important if an associate experiences a problem in their work.
If associates have a problem in the ordinary course of business, they are expected to go to their manager or supervisor to talk about it
in a mutually respectful atmosphere. The vast majority of an associate's day-to-day problems can and should be handled in this way.
Likewise, an associate should talk with his or her manager or supervisor if he or she has any ideas about how to improve the
workplace.
NMG RESOLUTIONS
For all workplace disputes that cannot be resolved by communicating with a manager or supervisor, including without limitation,
claims of discrimination or harassment, NMG has adopted a unique 4-step program called NMG RESOLUTIONS. The Company
expects each associate to familiarize himself or herself with this program and mandates adherence to the following four steps by all
associates who have workplace disputes.
Step 1 Discuss the dispute with your supervisor or local Human Resources Department, who will work with you to get the dispute
resolved. If the dispute is not resolved, then go to Step 2.
