There is no established public trading market for our common stock. At September 15, 2010, there were 31 holders of record
of our common stock.
We have not declared or paid any dividends on our common stock in our three most recent fiscal years. For the foreseeable
future we intend to retain all current and foreseeable future earnings to support operations and finance expansion.
There were no unregistered sales of our equity securities during the quarterly period ended July 31, 2010.
