this Article 4 on the basis of service and compensation to the time of such subsequent Termination of Employment, but shall be
reduced by the Actuarial Equivalent of any payments previously made under the Plan, including lump sum payments or amounts
applied to purchase annuity contracts. In no event shall the aggregate benefits of any rehired Participant be greater than the benefit he
or she would have received if all his or her service had been one continuous period of employment.
