15. Notices. Unless otherwise specifically provided herein, all notices (excluding billings and other communications in the ordinary course
of business) required or permitted by the terms hereof shall be given in the manner and with the effect provided for in the Loan Agreement.
16. Conflicts. In the event of any conflict between the provisions of this Note and those of the Loan Agreement, the terms of the Loan
Agreement shall control.
