9. Assignment
The rights and obligations described in this Letter Agreement are provided in consideration of Customer (or any successor) taking delivery of their respective
Aircraft and becoming the operator of such Aircraft. This Agreement cannot be assigned, in whole or in part, by one party without the prior written consent of
the other party; provided that a party may assign its interest to a corporation that (i) results from any merger or reorganization of such party or (ii) acquires
substantially all the assets of such party.
10. Confidential Treatment.
The information contained herein represents confidential business information and has value precisely because it is not available generally or to other parties.
Without obtaining the prior written consent of the other parties and except as required by law, each party will limit the disclosure of its contents to its
employees who have a need to know for purposes of helping such party perform its obligations under the Purchase Agreement and who will treat the
information as confidential.
