Reference: Purchase Agreement No. 2484 (the Purchase Agreement) between The Boeing Company (Boeing) and Continental Airlines, Inc. (Customer)
relating to Model 787 aircraft (the Aircraft)
Ladies and Gentlemen:
This Letter Agreement amends and supplements the Purchase Agreement. This Letter Agreement supersedes and replaces in its entirety Letter Agreement 6-
1162-MSA-552R6. All terms used and not defined in this Letter Agreement have the same meaning as in the Purchase Agreement.
1. Credit Memoranda.
1.1. 787-8 Credit Memoranda.
In consideration of Customer’s purchase of Model 787-8 Aircraft, Boeing shall issue at the time of delivery of each Aircraft and Option Aircraft, a credit
memorandum in an amount equal to ***. The credit memorandum is *** airframe *** the Aircraft Price ***. Customer may apply such credit
memorandum to *** Aircraft.
1.2. 787-9 Credit Memoranda.
In consideration of Customer’s purchase of Model 787-9 Aircraft, Boeing shall issue at the time of delivery of each Aircraft and Option Aircraft,
a credit memorandum in an amount equal to ***. The credit memorandum is *** airframe *** the Aircraft Price ***. Customer may apply such credit
