The 28,597,079 shares of common stock outstanding at February 24, 2010 were held by approximately
7,397 record and beneficial holders.
The Company has not paid cash dividends since completion of its initial public offering in December
1997. The Company intends to reinvest its earnings in its business and therefore does not anticipate
paying any cash dividends in the foreseeable future.
Under the terms of the revolving credit facility (as amended, the “Revolving Credit Facility”), cash
dividends and share repurchases are prohibited. See “Management’s Discussion and Analysis of
Financial Condition and Results of Operations – Liquidity and Capital Resources”.
