Since the completion of our initial public offering in April 1998 through the third quarter of 2006, we did
not declare any dividends. We declared our first quarterly dividend in November 2006. Our current dividend
policy is dependent on our earnings, capital requirements, financial condition, restrictions imposed by our credit
agreements, and other factors considered relevant by our Board of Directors. For various restrictions on our
ability to pay dividends, see Item 7, Management’s Discussion and Analysis of Financial Condition and Results
