In as a whole, we reduced operating and indirect costs relative to volume
growth to the point that productivity exceeded pre-crisis levels. We expanded our sales
operations and aligned them more closely with individual sectors. As a result, we were
able to tap new business and increase existing customer volumes, thereby securing
present and future contributions to earnings.
Net working capital in the fourth quarter was up only slightly on the prior quarter
as volumes have continued to rise. Nevertheless, the resulting e ect and cash paid for
restructuring reduced operating cash ow for full-year to million (previous
