Annual Meeting
Our annual meeting of shareowners will be held at 8:00 A.M.

Wilmington, DE. Shareowners of record as of March 9, 2006
are entitled to vote at the meeting.

UPS has included as Exhibits 31.1, 31.2, 32.1, and 32.2 to its Annual
Report on Form 10-K fi led with the Securities and Exchange Commission
certifi cates of the Chief Executive Offi cer and Chief Financial Offi cer
attesting to the quality of UPS’s public disclosure. In addition, the Chief
Executive Offi cer certifi ed to the New York Stock Exchange on May 26,
2005 that he was not aware of any violations by UPS of the New York
Stock Exchange corporate governance listing standards.
