accounting firm?
The Audit and Finance Committee has adopted a policy regarding the retention of the independent registered
public accounting firm that requires pre-approval of all services by the Audit and Finance Committee or the Chairman of
the Audit and Finance Committee. When services are pre-approved by the Chairman of the Audit and Finance
Committee, notice of such approval is given to the other members of the Audit and Finance Committee and presented to
the full Audit and Finance Committee at its next scheduled meeting.
