Directors authorized the repurchase of up to 15,000,000 shares of our common stock. Purchases
are made at management’s discretion based on market conditions and our financial resources. As
of December 31, 2008, we had spent approximately $228.6 million to purchase and retire
approximately 10,356,524 shares of common stock. The authorization of Board of Directors does
not have an expiration date.
