Subordinated Loan (*)
*: Repay based on the prior consent of all lenders prior to the date available to make an early repayment initially set for the Existing
Subordinated Loan (interest payment date on or after July 20, 2017)
3. Effect on the consolidated statement operations
The effect of the funding by the Subordinated Loan and early repayment of the Existing
Subordinated Loan on the consolidated statement of operations is immaterial.
