HOUSEHOLDING OF DISCLOSURE DOCUMENTS
The Securities and Exchange Commission has adopted a rule concerning the delivery of disclosure documents.
The rule allows us to send a single set of any proxy, information statement, annual report and prospectus to any
household at which two or more shareholders reside if we believe the shareholders are members of the same
