Ground Operations and Properties
As of December 31, 2006, our facilities are summarized in the following table:

Our employees perform substantially all routine airframe and engine maintenance and periodic inspection of equipment. We
provide all US Airways Express airport gate and ground handling at the Indianapolis International airport. Our partners or third parties
provide ticket handling and ground support services in 89 of the 90 cities we serve.
We lease all of our facilities subject to either long-term leases or on a month to month basis.
Consistent with our planned growth in 2007 we are planning to add additional maintenance facilities and expand certain other
facilities. We believe that our current facilities, along with our planned additional facilities, are adequate for the current and
foreseeable needs of our business.
ITEM 3. LEGAL PROCEEDINGS
We are subject to certain legal and administrative actions, which we consider routine to our business activities. Management
believes that the ultimate outcome of any pending legal matters will not have a material adverse effect on our financial position,
liquidity or results of operations.
