XXX. RELATED AND THIRD PARTY AGREEMENTS
United and Contractor shall enter into agreements listed below in this Article XXX (the “Related Agreements”). All such Related
Agreements will automatically terminate contemporaneously with the termination of this Agreement unless termination shall
otherwise be effected in accordance with the terms of such Related Agreements.
a. Reciprocal Interline Agreement/Space Available Employee and Eligible Travel Agreement (United Contract
No. 165980)
b. United Express Positive Space Travel Agreement (United Contract No. 165979)
c. Emergency Response Agreement (United Contract No. 165981)
XXXI. ENTIRE AGREEMENT
This Agreement, together with the Related Agreements, including any Appendices, Attachments and Exhibits attached hereto
and thereto, contains the complete, final and exclusive agreement between the parties hereto with respect to the subject matter hereof,
and supersedes all previous agreements and understandings, oral and written, with respect to such specific matter and said Agreement
will not be modified, amended or terminated by mutual agreement or in any manner except by an instrument in writing, executed by
the parties hereto.
XXXIII. REFERENCES TO TIME PERIODS
All references to the term “year” in this Agreement shall mean contract year unless specifically stated otherwise. All
references to the term “month” in this Agreement shall mean a full calendar month; provided that if the Effective Date shall be other
than the first day of a calendar month, then the first “month” of this Agreement shall commence on the Effective Date and end on the
last day of the month in which the Effective Date occurs. All references to the term “quarter” in this Agreement shall mean a
calendar quarter; provided that the first “quarter” of this Agreement shall commence on the Effective Date and terminate on the last
day of the calendar quarter in which the Effective Date occurs. Calendar quarters shall be January 1 through March 31, April 1
through June 30, July 1 through September 30, and October 1 through December 31.
