design, name or mark confusingly similar to the RAI Marks or take actions that otherwise may infringe the RAI Marks.
6. Assignment. The non-exclusive license granted by RAI to Frontier is personal to Frontier and may not be assigned, sub-licensed or
transferred by Frontier in any manner without the written consent of a duly authorized representative of RAI.
7. RAI Marks. The RAI Marks are as follows:

8. Survival. The provisions of this Exhibit F shall survive the termination of this Agreement for a period of six years.
