(g) To provide that such policies shall not be canceled, terminated or materially altered, changed or amended until
30 days (but seven days or such lesser period as may be available in respect of hull, war and allied perils) after written notice shall
have been sent to Frontier.
Section 6.03 Evidence of Insurance Coverage. At the commencement of this Agreement, and thereafter at Frontier's
request, RAI shall furnish to Frontier evidence reasonably satisfactory to Frontier of such insurance coverage and endorsements,
including certificates certifying that such insurance and endorsements are in full force and effect. Initially, this evidence shall be a
certificate of insurance. If RAI fails to acquire or maintain insurance as herein, provided, Frontier may at its option secure such
insurance on RAI's behalf at RAI's expense.
