Airways, we paid Wexford Capital $500 upon US Airways emergence from bankruptcy and paid Wexford Capital's expenses,
including the payment of approximately $660 in 2005 and $125 in 2006 to an unrelated third party consultant retained by us and
Wexford Capital.
