(c) Employees, etc., of Frontier. The employees, agents, and independent contractors of Frontier engaged in
performing any of the services Frontier is to perform pursuant to this Agreement are employees, agents, and independent contractors
of Frontier for all purposes, and under no circumstances will be deemed to be employees, agents, or independent contractors of RAI.
RAI will have no supervision or control over any such Frontier employees, agents and independent contractors and any complaint or
requested change in procedure made by RAI will be transmitted by RAI to Frontier's designated representative. In its performance
under this Agreement, Frontier will act, for all purposes, as an independent contractor and not as an agent for RAI.
(d) RAI Flights. The fact that RAI's operations are conducted under Frontier's Marks and listed under the F9
designator code will not affect their status as flights operated by RAI for purposes of this Agreement or any other agreement between
the parties, and RAI and Frontier agree to advise all third parties, including passengers, of this fact.
Section 7.05 Survival The provisions of this Article VII shall survive the termination of this Agreement for a period of
seven years.
