7. The Insurers agree that as respects the interest of United, its directors, officers, employees and indemnitees, this insurance shall not
be invalidated by any action or inaction of the Contractor, its officers, directors or employees, and shall insure United, its directors,
officers, employees and indemnitees regardless of any breach or violation of any warranties, declarations, conditions or exclusions
contained in the policy by the Contractor, its officers, directors or employees.
8. In the event of cancellation for any reason whatever or if any change of a restrictive nature is made affecting the insurance certified
hereunder, or if this insurance is allowed to lapse due to non-payment of premium, such cancellation, change or lapse shall not be
effective as to United, its directors, officers, employees and indemnitees for at least thirty (30) days (ten (10) days in the case of
non-payment of premiums, seven (7) days notice of cancellation with respect to war risk) after written notice by registered mail of
such cancellation, change or lapse shall have been mailed to United.
9. With respect to claims or causes of action in favor of United or its directors, officers, agents or employees, they shall not be
considered as additional insured thereunder.
