1. Make recommendations concerning Buyer's programs, publications and maintenance and operational policies to improve
ADRP.
2. Take all measures, as deemed necessary and appropriate by Embraer when vendor action does not provide the required
improvement in the ADRP.
3. *** Embraer shall issue a proposal to Buyer showing the price of the relevant Service Bulletin and the effectiveness of
such modification for Buyer.
