restrictions on previously granted shares of restricted stock and (ii) 3,008 shares on May 12, 2015 upon the vesting of PSUs for which the
performance test had been met.
(8) Mr. Fiorilli acquired (i) 24,476 shares in total on May 10, 2015, May 11, 2015 and May 12, 2015 upon the lapse of restrictions on
