As a global mail and logistics provider, our business is all about people. Our com-
pany rests on our employees, who possess a wide range of quali cations and perform a
great variety of functions. With their talents, skills and commitment, these individuals
make an important contribution every day to our becoming the provider of choice for
our customers and the investment of choice for our shareholders.  is is how we realise

In the  division, the number of employees rose slightly by .  to ,. New
personnel were hired particularly in the Parcel Germany business unit, which bene ted
from strong growth in e-commerce.  e e ect of the new hires was partially o set by
