Revenue increased by .  year-on-year to , million in  nancial year 
(previous year: , million).  e sale of  and negative currency e ects reduced
revenue growth by  million and the acquisitions of Eurodifarm and Tag increased
revenue by  million. Excluding these major e ects, revenue grew by .  with the
Life Sciences & Healthcare and Automotive sectors providing the largest increase.
Fourth-quarter revenue increased by .  from , million to , million.
Excluding the portfolio changes and currency e ects mentioned above, revenue growth
was . .
Substantial share of revenue generated from key customers
Revenue in the Supply Chain business unit totalled , million in the reporting
year, much in line with the prior-year level of , million. Growth amounted to .
excluding the  disposal, the Eurodifarm acquisition and negative currency e ects.
Revenue from our  key global customers grew by .  to represent almost   of total
revenue in the Supply Chain business.
In the Americas region, the sale of  reduced the growth achieved in our focus
sectors with the Consumer sector seeing the largest impact. Good progress was made
in the Life Sciences & Healthcare and Energy sectors due to increased business activity
and additional revenue from new business.
e Asia Paci c region continued to achieve the highest level of regional revenue
growth, particularly in Australia, China,  ailand and India. In Australia we gained
new business in the Life Sciences & Healthcare sector and in China we bene ted from
a steady rise in domestic demand. Operations in those Japanese areas a ected by the
earthquake in March  returned to full capacity.
Revenue also improved due to increased volumes and new business gains in the
, Africa and Eastern Europe. We continued to expand the Life Sciences & Health-
care sector, as evidenced by higher revenue in the  businesses and the acquisition of
Eurodifarm in Italy.
Williams Lea revenue increased by .  in  to , million (previous year:
, million). Excluding the revenue generated by the Tag acquisition and adverse
currency e ects, growth was . . Most of this growth came from the Marketing
Solutions business in the Americas and new business in the European banking sector.
Additional contracts worth . billion concluded
In the Supply Chain business unit we concluded additional contracts worth
approximately . billion in annualised revenue with both new and existing customers.
is represents around , contracts with an average deal size of just over  million,
an   increase over . We increased new business in all of our focus sectors and
furthered our “above-the-wing” product o ering in Airline Business Solutions through
the new Qantas contract in Australia.  e annualised contract renewal rate remained at
the high level achieved in .
Williams Lea continued to win new business, including a number of sizeable
Marketing Solutions contracts.
