Global market leader in contract logistics
 is the global market leader in contract logistics with a market share of .
. In this highly fragmented market, the top ten players account for only about
  of the overall market, the size of which is estimated to be  billion. We are the
regional market leader in our key regions of North America, Europe and Asia Paci c
and also have a very strong position in rapidly growing markets such as Brazil, India,
China and Mexico. We are con dent that we shall succeed in leveraging our global

we are leveraging s excellent customer relationships to win new business in the
Williams Lea business unit.
REVENUE AND EARNINGS PERFORMANCE
Revenue up .  excluding portfolio changes and currency effects
As at  July , we transferred the Home Delivery business in Germany to the
 division. e prior-year segment reporting  gures were adjusted accordingly.
e principal objective in the   division was to achieve pro table
growth from a leaner organisation with increased revenues and improved operational
e ciency. With this in mind we streamlined organisational processes and made a num-
ber of
portfolio changes
that impacted the year-on-year revenue and earnings trend.  ese
included the sale of Exel Transportation Services  and the acquisitions of Euro-
difarm and Tag Group.
