Beef: Beefplantsincludevariousphasesofslaughteringlivecattleandfabricatingbeefproducts.Somealsotreatandtanhides.TheBeefsegmentincludesthree
case-readyoperationsthatsharefacilitieswiththePorksegment.Oneofthebeeffacilitiescontainsatallowrefinery.Carcassfacilitiesreducelivecattletodressed
carcassform.Processingfacilitiesconductfabricatingoperationstoproduceboxedbeefandalliedproducts.
Pork: Porkplantsincludevariousphasesofslaughteringlivehogsandfabricatingporkproductsandalliedproducts.ThePorksegmentincludesthreecase-ready
operationsthatsharefacilitieswiththeBeefsegment.
Prepared Foods: PreparedFoodsplantsprocessfreshandfrozenchicken,turkey,beef,porkandotherrawmaterialsintopizzatoppings,brandedandprocessed
meats,desserts,appetizers,preparedmeals,ethnicfoods,soups,sauces,sidedishes,pizzacrusts,flourandcorntortillaproductsandmeatdishes.
