Evolving with our customers reflects our continued commitment to serve existing and new customers
by offering multiple shopping channels and new services.
Leading: Our customers can shop with us through multiple channels, including homedepot.com, new
décor-oriented catalogs and our stores, making The Home Depot shopping experience more convenient,
easier and fun. We offer more places to serve more customers in more aspects of the business than ever
before. We will continue exploring additional options to better assist our customers.
Changing: No company sells or installs more flooring than The Home Depot; and now with Chem-Dry on board,
no one cleans more either. At homedepot.com, we attract 3 million visits a week, offering over 30,000 products
along with extensive home improvement know-how. One of our new upscale catalogs, 10 Crescent Lane, reached
a million homes in 2005. We are always analyzing our store formats to best meet our customers’ needs.
Growing: As we continue to open new stores and extend our service offerings through multiple channels,
the conveniences offered by our 2,000-plus locations grow even stronger.
