Guest Satisfaction among Mid-Scale Full Service
Hotel Chains by J.D. Power and Associates¤, and
taking first place among midscale brands in two
key US studies: Harris Poll EquiTrend and the
Business Travel News Hotel Chain Survey.
We were also voted ‘Best Mid-Market Hotel Brand
in the World and Asia Pacic’ by readers of
Business Traveller Asia Pacific for the eleventh
successive year.
