Products and services
e anae the voice data and  platfors and the  applications
which ae up the core infrastructure for s products services and
internal sstes. hrouh technolo refresh and proactive aintenance
we are iprovin the reliabilit of our networs and  sstes so that
our custoers do not suer loss of service. ur people also desin and
deliver the lare-scale lobal anaed networ services which are sold
to an of the top copanies in the world.
e are replacin costl and inecient leac sstes with newer ones.
his saves us one and can free up capacit in the networ. nd it
often reduces the aount of ener we use.
e deliver and anae s internal  sstes such as our custoer
anaeent and  sstes. ur investents in these have siplified
our processes and iproved the wa our people interact with the. ur
service colleagues now have the inforation available to provide a better
service for custoers.
iven the rapid pace of chane in the technolo that   people
wor on we have developed coprehensive trainin and re-sillin
proraes. e are also a aor recruiter of UK raduates and odern

continued to reduce our costs and the roups ener consuption.
