Proposed acquisition of EE
n ebruar 01 we announced that we had areed definitive
ters to bu  the leadin obile networ operator in the UK
for a purchase price of 1.bn.
he deal which is still subect to erer clearance will be
transforational for . t will allow us to accelerate our obilit
strate. nd it will increase our capacit for future investent and
innovation in networs and services as we continue to build world-
class diital infrastructure in the UK.
e believe the deal will enerate considerable value for
shareholders. e epect net cost sneries to be worth .0bn
after interation costs and we epect to enerate revenue
sneries with a total net present value of approiatel 1.bna.
hetransaction should be accretive to free cash ow per share in
the first full ear post copletion of the deal.
