people. ur abition is to have all of our buers accredited and licensed.

t is iportant to us that we now who we are doin business with and

choose suppliers usin an established set of principles which sees to
ae sure both we and the supplier act ethicall and responsibl
chec that the oods and services we bu are ade delivered and
disposed of in a sociall and environentall responsible wa and
easure factors such as a suppliers ener use environental ipact
and labour standards.

help itiate riss in these and other relevant areas.
n last ears nnual eport we said we would carr out a oard-level
review of our huan rihts polic and further develop our copliance
fraewor. e have now copleted this review. e assessed our
operations in the UK aainst staeholder epectations on how businesses
should respect huan rihts. e have taen advice fro both a leadin
law fir and a lobal non-profit huan rihts consultanc.
he review showed that we have stron processes to anae huan
rihts ipacts arisin with our eploees such as hihl developed
diversit and wellbein easures. e also have a clear approach to
freedo of epression based on our belief that our custoers should
have the choice whenever possible to access the services and content
the want. he review did identif opportunities to strenthen our
huan rihts polic and overnance and to be ore transparent about
our operations and interactions with overnent.
