1 onths. ur suppl base now includes new cateories of suppliers

people. ur abition is to have all of our buers accredited and licensed.

easure factors such as a suppliers ener use environental ipact
and labour standards.

help itiate riss in these and other relevant areas.
n last ears nnual eport we said we would carr out a oard-level
review of our huan rihts polic and further develop our copliance
fraewor. e have now copleted this review. e assessed our
operations in the UK aainst staeholder epectations on how businesses
should respect huan rihts. e have taen advice fro both a leadin
law fir and a lobal non-profit huan rihts consultanc.
he review showed that we have stron processes to anae huan
rihts ipacts arisin with our eploees such as hihl developed
diversit and wellbein easures. e also have a clear approach to
freedo of epression based on our belief that our custoers should
have the choice whenever possible to access the services and content
the want. he review did identif opportunities to strenthen our
huan rihts polic and overnance and to be ore transparent about
our operations and interactions with overnent.
