Under the terms of the Revolving Credit Facility, restrictions were imposed by the lenders on the payment
of cash dividends and share repurchases. During the term of such agreement, which expires April 1,
2009, share repurchases and dividends are permitted at the lesser of specified monetary levels or
percentages of cash flow. In March 2006, the Company amended the Revolving Credit Facility to, among
other things, increase the annual level of allowable share repurchases, increase self-insurance retention
limits and increase the level of spending for non-vehicle capital assets. See “Management’s Discussion
and Analysis of Financial Condition and Results of Operation – Liquidity and Capital Resources”.
