services similar to those provided by Classmates. The revenues generated by our operations in Sweden and Germany constitute a very small
portion of our total revenues and we do not generate revenues directly from our operations in India. We are dependent, however, upon our
internal and outsourced operations in India, and our product development, customer support and quality assurance operations would be severely
disrupted if telecommunications issues, political instability or other factors adversely impacted these operations or our ability to communicate
with these operations. Any disruption that continued for an extended period of time would likely have a material adverse effect on our ability to
service our customers and develop our products since it would take a significant period of time to transition these operations internally or to an
outside vendor. If we were to cease our operations in India and transfer these operations to another geographic area, such change could result in
increased overhead costs, which could materially and adversely impact our results of operations.
EMPLOYEES
At December 31, 2004, we had 742 employees, 569 of which were located in the United States, 170 of which were located in Hyderabad,
India and 3 of which were located in Europe. We had 374 employees in product development, including all employees located in our Hyderabad
office, 153 employees in general and administrative, 139 employees in sales and marketing, and 76 employees in network operations. None of
these employees is subject to a collective bargaining agreement, and we consider our relationships with employees to be good.
