greaterthan45.5%.Itisexpectedthatthemajorityofthe2004growthintheBlackBerrysubscriberbase,
overtheapproximately534,000asatMarch1,2003,willresultfromtheunitsalesgrowthofthe2.5G
handheldproductlinesandsubsequentBlackBerrysubscriberactivations.RIM’sASPforservicerevenue
willdeclineasthepercentageofitsBlackBerryservicerevenueon2.5Gnetworks.

TheCompanyisexpectingscal2004netrevenuegrowthinitsotherrevenuecategorycomprisedof
OEM,software,NRE,accessoriesandother.OEMgrowthwillcomefromGPRSproductsintroducedin
2003andsoftwaregrowthwillgenerallycorrelatetorevenuegrowthinhandheldsandservicerevenue.
Atthepresenttime,theCompanydoesnothaveanysignicantcontractshavingaNREcomponent
andthereforeisprojectingadeclinein2004forthisrevenuestream.Also,asNRErevenuesaregenerally
“one-time”developmentprojectsforcustomers,thisrevenuestreamisdifculttoforecast.
