tip the scales at between 600 and 700
kilograms of unbridled fighting spirit.
Eduardo Miura carefully eyes up a
group of four year old bulls standing
some distance away on a hill. Motion-
less and with their heads slightly
raised, they stare down at us. “One of
them doesn’t like my car,” explains
Miura. “It nearly pushed it over once
before and knows how to do it.” Miura,
however, seems more concerned about
his bull than about his pick-up truck.
Anything happening to the former
would be far more costly than just dam-
aged bodywork. Even the slight-
