() It does not include Pullmantur’s Atlantic Star which has been out of operation since 2009 and will be transferred to an affiliate of STX France as part
of the consideration for building the third Oasis-class ship if the agreement becomes effective. Additionally, in April 2012, we delivered Ocean Dream,
previously operated by Pullmantur, to an unrelated third party as part of a six year bareboat charter agreement. The charter agreement provides a
renewal option exercisable by the unrelated third party for an additional four years.
