The number of record holders of our common stock at December 31, 2008 was 66,634.
Honeywell did not purchase any of its common stock, par value $1 per share, for the quarter ending
December 31, 2008. Honeywell purchased a total of 27,400,000 shares of common stock in 2008. Under the
Company's previously reported $3.0 billion share repurchase program, $1.3 billion remained available as of
December 31, 2008 for additional share repurchases. The amount and timing of future repurchases may vary
depending on market conditions and the level of operating and other investing activities.
