Other provisions
Lawrence Rosen will receive payments in ,  and  amounting to a total
of  . million to compensate him for rights that have lapsed as a result of his transfer
to Deutsche Post .
In accordance with a provision contained in his contract of employment, John
Allan is subject to a two-year non-compete clause a er leaving the company. For the
duration of this two-year period, he will receive   of his last pro-rata  xed annual
remuneration ( , per month). If any other income is received exceeding half of
the  xed annual remuneration, the compensation paid during the non-compete period
will be deducted by such amount.
e employment contract with John Mullen was terminated e ective  Februa-
ry . His remuneration will be paid until such date. He will then receive severance
payment equal to the remaining entitlement from his contract, which originally ex-
tended until  December . Beyond this, no other severance payments have been
agreed on in connection with the cessation of his contract.
Apart from the aforementioned arrangements, no member of the Board of Manage-
ment has been promised any further bene ts a er leaving the company.
e remuneration paid to active members of the Board of Management in  nancial

prised  . million in non-performance-related components (previous year:  . mil-
lion) and  . million in performance-related components (previous year:  . milli-
