Stopping a
Killer Disease
“We operate in parts of the world where HIV/AIDS is
an epidemic. Each square on this quilt was done in
memory of a Chevron employee, family member or
friend who died from the disease. We are passionate
about stopping HIV/AIDS, and we’re building partner
ships to help eradicate it. Working together, we’re
beginning to see progress. In Angola, for example,
we’ve established programs for employees and
their spouses. And we’ve not seen a single case of
a mother to child transmission of HIV/AIDS in more
than two years.”
